2. Ownership verify from Record Branch. (The information get verified from transfer section 'with in society office' by the owner himself on the face of application)
3. Dues Status from Accounts Branch. (The information get verified from account branch 2 'with in society office' by the owner himself on the face of application)
4. CNIC Copy without expiry date.
5. Transfer Letter Copy.
6. Fee Challan (The fee challan of JS BANK should be copied of the both side front & back)
The following rates on the accounts of issuance of possession letter were levied by MC meeting #247 held on 17-06-2017:

10 Marla Plot PKR 2000
01 Kanal Plot PKR 3000
02 Kanal Plot PKR 4000
The time duration required for issuance of possession letter (6 to 10days approximately)
